  • Developed processes and implemented directives which saved the ministry $236,826.17 in 2008, without sacrificing any service.
  • Developed new sales channels by building and marketing a website ( and a twenty-four page product catalog.

Luminescence Catalog

 Luminescence was a skin care catalog company I built from a concept to a nine million dollar a year entity.

  • Managed the catalog operation and electronic channels including accounting, warehouse, IT, call center and customer service departments.
  • Grew the business from a start up to a $9 million a year business in annual revenue.
  • $473,684.21 revenue to employee ratio was one of the highest in the catalog industry.
  • Recognized by industry publications as one of the top 100 fastest growing catalogs in terms of circulation and one of the top ten best copy written catalogs.
  • Managed the assembly of the company website and e-mail marketing program, resulting in twenty-five percent of total sales being generated through this channel.

We entered the Blair Television Training Program together back in January 1986, and I could tell immediately that Gary was going to be a very fierce rival.
