—Within three months of taking over at Fidelity, area became profitable for the first time in three years.

—Catapulted branch at Aames that was previously ranked “Number 132” in profitability to “Number 1” in Texas and “Number 11” in the country.

—Propelled branch revenue at Fidelity an average of 667%—from $1.2 million to $8 million a month.

—More-than-tripled area revenue at Fidelity in less than one year, managing three offices and 55–60 people.

—Drove branch revenue 150% at Aames.

—Broke the area records for volume, revenue, and units within first full month at Fidelity.


—Won Golden Eagle Award at Fidelity for most improved area.

—At Aames, branch ranked “Number 1” in Texas for lead conversions and average loans per loan officer.

—As regional manager, increased sales 300%—from $120 million to $360+ million without increasing staff.

—As senior branch manager increased branch sales 851%—from $700,000 to $6 million a month.

—Recognized for continuously having the highest revenue, lowest expenses and the least number of exceptions out of 38 regions in the company as regional manager.

—Named “Branch Manager of the Year” two years in a row.

âStaff Development & Promotion:

—Promoted six loan officers to branch managers as regional manager.

—Led the only branch where everyone succeeded in winning an all-expense paid trip to Hawaii.

—Innovated effective procedures and programs that were later adopted and implemented company-wide.

·        Corporate Awards: Ranked #1 in new sales generation for SBA Global Logistics across the Dallas and Denver Regions.  At Ameriquest received numerous company related awards and honors including; 1) six management incentive trips to Italy, Punta Mita, Tahiti, Cancun, Cozumel, and New York (#1 in total sales volume in 5 of the 6 trips out of 256 branches), 2) Branch Manager of the year for having the highest sales volume, highest units per loan officer, lowest turnover and exceeding all financial goal expectations set by the company (note: my Region was referred to as “the Kings of the Hill”, a cash award was offered to anyone in the company who could exceed our sales units or volume), 3) winner of the company’s March Madness award every year by having record volume sales in the month of March, 4) received the “Fat Cat” award for having the highest revenue per loan sold (note: only Regional Manager to have to shut down an office for a full week in order to send the entire sales team to a company incentive trip to Hawaii), 5) received the Presidents Club Award every year for 5 consecutive years for consistently having the highest sales and 6) received the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Club 42 Awards for consistently averaging over 42 loans per branch office (note: the company as a whole averaged between 18 to 20 loans per branch office). At Aames was awarded the Conversion Gold Award for generating the highest “lead to conversion ratio” in the firm and while working for Fidelity was awarded the Eagle Award for breaking the firm’s Texas state sales record in just the third month after having taken over the regional office.
