I enjoy teaching and helping people.  I am a quick study and I can teach other people to do most of the things I know how to do.

Work History

Trainer BFI7

Amazon Fulfillment

As a Trainer at BFI7 I am both a process trainer and a PIT trainer.  I am responsible for seeing that training is being completed.  To that end I teach and supervise Ambassadors to facilitate process training.  Additionally I teach associates to drive our Powered Industrial Trucks.  BFI7 is a high PIT site, meaning that all of our associates are trained to drive at least one PIT.

Fulfillment Associate

Amazon Fulfillment

I started in AFE at BFI4 before moving to BFI7 when the building opened.  At BFI7 I worked in the Inbound Department.  I received units, counting them and recording them so that they could be sold.  Soon after moving to the building I became a problem solver and receive ambassador.  As problem solver I supported the staff on the dock and made certain that product wad properly processed and ready to stow.  As ambassador I taught new hires the in and outs of working on the dock. I became the Inbound PIT Ambassador, and I drove all of the PIT in the building.   I have also been back up dock clerk, managing the incoming trucks.  Also I spent six months working IOL, finding all of the product that has been received but never got stowed. In addition I wrote the standard work for the IOL process at BFI7. From June 2018 through October 2018 i was the Stow Process Guide.

Program Director

Twinlow Camp and Retreat Center

During my time as the Program Director at Twinlow, I was responsible for developing and implementing our summer program.  Our program included Bible study, Challenge Course, and trying to share new experiences with our campers.  I worked with the other year round staff to recruit, hire, and train twenty camp counselors.  Waterfront Director was also a part of my job, meaning I trained and certified our lifeguards as well as managing our lakefront and equiptment.
