  • Provide comprehensive guidance and technical support to all CBP personnel with the Office of Information Telecommunication on CBP- Classified Video Teleconferencing services.
  • Manage MCU bridging services internally via Static IP over the CBP “One-Net” network and externally via Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) service typically used for interoperability with other federal, state and local organization.
  • Operate Customs and Border Protection VTC locations use of Multi-point video teleconferencing bridging capabilities. Schedule and coordinate all bridging connections through IP and/or ISDN circuit.
  • Provide day-to-day support and operations of all VTC locations to include equipment training, as well as to advise locations of equipment standards and requirements on all installations and configurations of VTC and AV equipment. 
  • Provide the monthly billing reconciliation and provide support for all issues and troubleshooting with outside provider equipment and circuits.
