· Lead team of talented IT professionals focused on delivery of robust IT services to company staff, agents, carriers and customers.
· Manage IT governance best practices for IT Service Management, IT Project Management, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Disaster Recovery.
· Accountable for performance management of IT service teams which include Governance, Software Development, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Web Optimization & Analytics, Operations & Support.
· Maintain highly collaborative relationships with insurance carriers to assure that data integration and reporting processes are being executed efficiently and that opportunities for enhanced optimization are identified and implemented.
· Responsible for IT security and regulatory compliance program that includes PCI, HIPPA and SOX 404.
· Partner with internal marketing design, media and SEO teams to produce dynamic websites and content targeting multiple web and mobile device platforms.
· Manage IT vendor relationships and assure that the solutions and services provided meet or exceed service level expectations.
