About Gary Bubb

Since 2002, corporate law and taxation attorney Gary Bubb has led as shareholder of the law firm of Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, PC, in Boston, Massachusetts. He serves as a member of the firm's corporate group and chairs the mergers and acquisitions group, in which roles he provides representation for lower middle market transactions valued from $10 million to $375 million. Gary Bubb balances these services with a general corporate practice, through which he represents non-profit organizations and family businesses as well as partnerships and larger corporations.

Mr. Bubb also practices taxation law, advising clients on state and federal sales, use, and income tax proceedings. He stands out as an acknowledged expert in executive compensation as well, in which role he advises business leaders and colleagues on issues related to equity and deferred compensation plans. He also routinely advises on the development of private investment funds, which include both real estate and private equity resources.
