Built manufacturing operation from the ground up; totally revamped 5 additional operations. 

Maximized savings during plant rebuild, merging two facilities and increasing fabrication time by 15%.

Increased production run time from 40% to 90%and reduced the need for 2 FTE through process automation, and another 3.5 FTE through equipment modernization

Overall FTE savings within 90 days was 30%, with some staff over doubling their productivity.

Fifteen years’ experience in extensive rollup reporting to create dashboards to spot trends and make strategic business decisions. 

Led up to 9 direct reports supporting 900+ FTE. Third in command in 7 sites up to 850 personnel each, with financial reporting responsibility up to $100M.

Fully cross-trained every senior direct report, to make long term absences and unforeseen instances seamless.

Developed a look-ahead schedule that reduced delays up to 5% and downtime by 2%.

Received coveted company-wide awards because of client focus and outstanding performance, and contingency action plans.
