Developed and modelled roadmap to this target architecture, and provided advice to senior management on how to progress subject to project constraints. This included responding to RFP's and presenting solutions to clients. Formed and maintained relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Managed all aspects of development: Agile Development, Release Planning, Reviews, and Recruitment. Wrote the core-integration engine(HL7 v2 ADT) and was integrated real-time with Royal Adelaide Hospital from scratch in six weeks. The company has since been bought by McKesson. This was a composite application, using SOA and low level.NET optimisation to provide a highly scalable Web Site that interfaced to a mixture of modern and legacy systems. A truly cutting edge solution, that provided significant competitive advantage. Designed and developed a SQL Server Analysis Services cube and DTS packages that consolidated data nightly from 80 Outlets across the country. The data was presented via ThinSlicer to management and occasionally to NZ government(in the light of terrorism attacks, such as Bali). I designed the Cube and wrote the DTS extraction, data scrubbing and build packages.
