I gained a Bachelors in Fashion, a diploma in graphics and advertising and worked in fashion, graphics and advertising for five years. I found I got caught up in the rat race of the working world and neglected to take care of my own body whilst at the same time noticing imbalances in other people's bodies. I then focused my training and client services more on holistic health. Gaining a certificate in biodynamic massage, holistic lifestyle coaching and corrective exercise as well as strength and conditioning and international personal training qualifications which lead me to set up my own company Dew Fitness and have been inundated with calls and helping people in the UK and the US to correct muscular imbalances, reduce stress and Increase self-empowerment to live  lives of freedom, joy, and fulfillment.
