Financial Control..) Position: Senior Supervisor(North Jeddah) Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and managing assigned Districts and DTS(Down the Street) Sales Team. Key Accountabilities and description Ensure Target(Sales-Collection break down) is communicated monthly to the Sales Staff. Conducting daily morning meeting with DTS and motivating the team. Conducting one on one meeting with DTS Salesmen to review the sales collection and Marketing issues in my district. Monitor and Control MTD target of Sales & Collection. Division of Routes by route scanning to maximize volume distribution resulting greater sales. Preparing Performance Development Review. Control and managing Returns expiry damages in my area Reporting innovative ideas to the company in terms of new products and new sizes that are more acceptable in the market.
