Regional Retail Sales Manager-West Region — Ensure the execution of Plan and making sure that all concerned managers are well familiar with the plan and standards to execute. Responsible for coverage, distribution, merchandising of products, organization development and successful operation in order to achieve sales volume 36 million SR annual revenues, market share and profit objectives. Provide Coaching to all the junior staff through weekly, monthly meetings. Making sure that all team members are motivated to achieve their targets and goals. Building up relationships with key customers to make sure the optimum growth. Evaluate the services and products of all the competitors and take actions accordingly. Evaluating current processes and developing new processes to standardise growth system. Overall focusing on all major factors of growth i.e. planning, organizing, recruiting, delegating, supervising, evaluating and reporting.
