"Coffee bartender" - one of the best job descriptions of this position. Fast-paced place, the busiest Port City Java location in town (2200+ sales daily on coffee drinks and muffins). Was selling and brewing coffee as well as crafting delicious coffee-based beverages (multiple recepies learned by heart - part of training with 4 test and 1 exam in first week of training). Also was responsible for sanwich bar (making breakfast and lunch items) and pos system, as well as drive-through. Also responsible for displaying items for sale in lobby. Best skill learn - creating fans out of random guests who never heard of our cafe by providing exceptional service and creating their new favourite drinks.

As well as being a server  was training new employees that come into the restaurant. JohnnyLukes is a two story layout with Loft and more casual atmosphere with burgers and steak house downstairs. Worked on both levels but 90% of time spend downstairs. Was serving a variety of 19 craft beers on tap (changing weekly), a hand selected eclectic wine list (45+ bottles). Attended several wine and beer tastings.  Was serving multiple parties, working with live music and other special events. Helped to develop social media account for the JL (Instagram). Got to work with Aloha pos system. Best skill learnt - balancing between casual and relaxed atmosphere of loft and sophisticated demands of steak-house guests.

Was making bar drinks for customers from all other the restaurant including 6 special drinks and also extending drink menu after attending ABC bartending school. Best skill learnt - working fast pased place without loosing my smile and my head.
