Summary

I am an exceptionally skilled Senior Executive with major cruise line and corporate hotel experience.I am a team player and led the cruise industry in Hotel Service Awards.I am recognized as an experienced creator of profit centers and have a global outlook which enables me to easily lead multi-national groups.Having worked in all areas of hotel operations, I can understand and relate to employees feelings and problems that they deal with in their daily working environments.

My expertise in hotelareas are as follows: food, beverage, housekeeping, front office, concierge services, retail sales, purchasing, shipping, receiving , negotiating and working with concessionaires.Having vast experience and expertise in opening new hotel properties, cruise ships, out islands, design and starting up an extremely varied array of projects, I feel that I would be a very valuable asset to any company.Strategic planning, managing expenses, income budgets and bringing them in on target are one of my many strengths.Negotiating large contracts and agreements with companies and governments comes very easy to me.Having had experience as a member of the Florida State Government, I have an understanding of lobbying, its rules and regulations.I lobbied successfully to change the Florida State Sales Tax Statute, resulting in tremendous savings for the cruise industry, which is currently still in place.I have also served on several corporate boards.
