Reviewed and signed channel partners, prepared sales plan and carried out direct and channel sales strategy for the 5 targeted opportunities. Constructed pipeline of opportunities for 2005 and 2006 and closed one of the 5 targeted opportunities.
Retained by a software applications company focused on the wireless roaming space. Prepared comprehensive Business Plan for the America's. This included sales forecast, business development objectives, market status, competition, cost estimates and general milestones. Hired America's sales, pre-sales and PM team. Build Solid pipeline for 2004 and 2005. Closed major accounts in North America, the Caribbean and South America, exceeding 2004 goals (bookings, revenue, and profitability).
