Duties included: Answering customer inquiries, assisting guests with special needs, checking in of passengers on a designated software and an effective documentation check. Training  in dangerous goods, manual handling, noise awareness, disability awareness, and aviation security was provided.

Catering assistant

Duties included: Serving food according to a set menu, dealing with the cash register and customers,
responsible for effective clean up of the work area. Training in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP),  personal hygiene, and Basic Security Awareness (BSAT) was provided.
