As Senior Vice President of the Carlton Group, financial professional Gabe Weinert leads the structuring, valuation, and origination of a host of real estate and alternative energy equity acquisitions. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate, Gabe Weinert accepted the position of Acquisitions Associate with Heitman Capital Management, LLC, in Chicago. He proved himself skilled in the areas of market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation; additionally, Weinert underwrote more than $500 million in various real estate investments. His success at the firm propelled him toward his next opportunity as a Derivatives Trader with UBS Warburg in Houston. In this regard, Weinert furthered his abilities in the supervision of real estate and index portfolios. Responsible for integral cash flow analysis, he supported the senior advisor with educated buy/sell recommendations. Following three years with UBS Warburg, Gabe Weinert relocated to California and studied at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. The program offered Weinert the experience of counseling a real estate firm on the development of a considerable opportunity fund, and he graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Private Equity and Finance. Before joining the Carlton Group, Gabe Weinert served in a variety of capacities with Los Angeles firms, among them Acquisitions/Asset Manager with TVP Asset, Inc., and Risk Manager with Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC.
