Ensured continuous delivery of IT services through development of enterprise-wide disaster recovery and continuity plans, oversight of service level agreements and monitoring of IT systems performance. Pitney Bowes Presort Services is the leading outsource provider of presort services for First-Class and Standard Class automated mail in the US, processing more than 14 billion pieces annually.
