My sales skills have been developed over 17 years. First, as a cook/chef we are trained to sell our food. If our food is unacceptable people will not continue to dine at the restaurant. Not only are we selling the meal, but also selling ourselves as skilled chefs.   As an Account Executive for 3 years, I worked food shows, worked with brokers, made cold calls, followed up on leads, etc.   I have spent over 6 years being a Private Chef. This too is all about selling product as well as yourself and working well with others.    Working as a Field Account Representative I sold to foodservice accounts as well as retail.      


My sales skills when combined with my culinary skills makes me a better asset in food service sales. If the food looks attractive most will want to buy, but also to have the knowledge of food as well, cooking professionally now for over 10 years.
