Typically follow procedures to back up current user data, and upgrade computers to new hardware and new operating systems. Use training in Windows 2000 Server and Professional to maintain LAN. Add new user accounts, assigning appropriate rights. Create user accounts on client Windows XP computers. Create Email accounts on servers and set up client machines to access email. Train new employees of client - insurance agency to accurately make insurance quotes. Repair computers in small LAN using A+ Certification skills. Resolve Remote Terminal Service and fax server issues. Keep all books and tax information on own company.
