High school played violin with two orchestras - Honours Strings, and was a ringer for the Twainese Youth Symphony Orchestra and performed on the Toronto Ford Centre for the Arts stage and toured around parts of Europe and performed with the Vienna School of Music as part of Toronto District Youth Symphony Orchestra.

In University was part of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority as Crescent Correspondent and Parliamentary, and was part of the Panhellanic Sorority Association to organize the annual Rush.

At Seneca College, elected President and Vice Chair/Treasurer for Seneca Student Federation Incorporated for two consecutive years where I learned various aspects of business and developed leadership skills. Had the opportunity to attend several conferences hosted from Waterloo and Boston.

Enjoy reading novels written by Rohinton Mistry - loved A Fine Balance, and not so much Family Matter. I have to agree with many people, Life of Pi was very much deserving for the awards the author has won over Family Matter.

Took Kumdo martial arts lesson when I was in junior high and high school. I was fortunate enough to compete informally and was broadcast in the Korean news channel and was awarded by skipping one level.

Started to jog outdoors in 2008 and lost 30 pounds in order to improve my health and body image. Originally used the college's free gym facilities and when I lost the initial 20 pounds, several students came up to me that it motivated them to start exercising after they saw the results in 3 months time.

I do enjoy watch television shows from House, Dexter, Glee to reality shows like So You Think You Can Dance. When I first came to Canada, my English was limited and watched television shows to improve my oral communication - I have to thank Care Bears and Inspector Gadget for that!
