M.A in English

Karnataka State Open University

I finally fulfilled my dream of specialising in English. My interest in literature since my childhood finally helped me gain the degree successfully. Completing it inspite of a job to continue and a family to look after and carry on the responsibilities was a challenge to be accomplished.

B. Sc (C.B.Z)

Hazeera Women's Degree college

Pursued science with Biology as subject of choice. The graduation days formed the basic structure of future academic pursuits. Fortunate enough to have had excellent lecturers who not only gave me impetus to my academic capabilities, they also moulded me into a  person of firm character. They and the strict yet benevolent Principal polished me such that I could walk ahead with confidence and perfect discretion of matters.

Intermediate or Pre-University Course

St. Joseph's College, Kurnool.

A transient phase of education from being children to exploring possibilities of adulthood. Deciding to take science as a step towards fulfilling a long time dream of being a doctor.  A happy time with patient and understanding lecturers some of them being sisters( convent college). Helped a lot to sort out the various confusions of growing years. Academically continued to be active and being favourite of the faculty. Enjoyed discussions with ever smiling sisters even though not from the science department.  I had later scored well in the entrance exams and could get a  merit seat in medical but as there were family constraints and above all lack of resources for its expenditure, I had to forgo my dream and choose a normal degree.

Kurnool Public School, Kurnool

Most precious days of my life. Wonderful teachers who laid the foundation for my explorative days ahead. Being one of the toppers of the class allowed me a good rapport with all my teachers specially our Principal and her Professor husband whose library was my favourite haunt. Being a book worm sometimes led them to literally kick me out of the library. Apart from academics was also active in all the extra- curricular activities of the school so much that my name used to be added up in the participation list without bothering to consult me. All in all I ended up being second highest from the class in the board examination, missing the first place by just 1.5%. The Oxford dictionary gifted to me by the Principal for it is the one  I still  refer so often.
