Ithaca Real Time Fund

·An honors level finance class, which manages a mutual fund through class meetings and buy/sell presentations.

·Made a buy presentation on Archer Daniels Midland and Toyota Motor Corp, and the investment committee approved the recommendation.

·Facilitate and direct team in researching equities via conference calls with investor relations, reading 10 K’s and constructing presentations.

·Constructed and presented the Ithaca Real Time Funds earnings for the semester to the investment board in Fall and Spring.

·Solved problems and negotiated resolutions to disagreements over officiating calls.

·Received a promotion to management after one semester as an official.

·Assisted in the schedule creation for a softball tournament with 20 teams and basketball season with 56 teams. Spring 2011 was promoted to commissioner for the spring softball tournament.

·Develop original investment ideas by evaluating 10Q’S, research reports, and financial statements to present to a team of portfolio managers responsible for $4billion assets under management.

·Construct screens, using Excel and Bloomberg, used to analyze both current potential holdings for the Premier Global Fund.

·Upcoming Project: In-depth evaluation of the fertilizer industry, The Potash Corporation and Agrium Incorporated, for senior Portfolio Manager with the goal of uncovering selective companies to be added to the portfolio.
