My years as a cameraman in Digital Video and DSL stills photography has given me the ability to look for that little something special in a composition. I have extensive training in both Underwater and land based Photography.

All my work up to date has involved Maya in one form or another.



With 8 years in the television industry and 3 years in the CG world I have found that Nuke ties the 2 worlds together just perfectly for me. Compositing is my main Goal for the future and my years of Post Production work have given me an intimate understanding into what is required in the pipeline and what Producers expect from an artist. Nuke for me is that all important "Goose Bump Factor".

When it comes to environments Vue is an invaluable asset.


I have found ZBrush to be an invaluable tool in generating believable and realistic models for the CG world. My work flow is usually a box model from Maya imported to ZBrush, sculpted, exported back to Maya, re-Topologise, imported back to ZBrush, complete sculpting and finally exporting the high and low division sculpts with their relevant displacement or normal maps.


I have been actively using Photoshop for a number of years. With Digital enhancements in my 8 years of photography as well as in my everyday use of texturing my CG creations.
