Mercer Advisors is a global practice management firm who also offers financial planning and dental practice transitions assistance.  As a practice consultant I am trained in strategic practice planning and economic modeling.  I work with clients on the implementation and results of specific strategies designed to help their business grow towards best practice standards along with monitoring their overhead expenses quarterly.  Additional responsibilities include workshop sales and service, in office practice coaching, support of OnTrack dental software which tracks behavior and statistical data and measures the success of the team members relationships with the patients as well as patient compliance of their dental needs. .

Managed monthly production and collections including all aspects of dental insurance and collections.  In addition to maintaining professional relationships with vendors and suppliers, I assisted the dental office team with all of their needs as well as provided clinical office training to junior members of the team.  I was responsible for designing a structured treatment plan for the patients that worked out financially for them as well as productively for the office.  Along with these responsibilities included coordinating staff schedules for two seperate locations, conducting and maintaining an effective recall system and assisted in the creation of successful marketing ideas.
