• IT Skill Team Representative to advise and counsel management on the salary administration, promotion and retention exercise processes to ensure fair, competitive and legal compensation practices.
• Created an electronic monthly newsletter the "HR Communicator" to ensure personnel policies and procedures are communicated to management and executed consistently. Results: $500.00 cash award.

Customer base: Information Technology, 1st Level to Senior Level Management and their employees
• Partnered with management and IT skill teams to review promotion, new hire and compensation issues
• Rolled out yearly HR schedule to customers. Results: Awarded 100 shares of stock, two years in a row
HR SPECIALIST ~ EEO INVESTIGATIONS, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - BCAG
Managed the EEO Hotline to determine category of Title VII complaint fell into; prepared statement and folder set-up for investigator.
• Provided investigative research and Human Resources support to EEO Investigators on Internal and External cases. Worked with internal lawyers and outside law firms on class action lawsuit preparation
• Conducted investigations on Inquiry cases; Input case data and corrective action into database
• Lead the "EEO Administrative Process Improvement Team" to streamline Administrative EEO Processes. Results: two Administrative Process Handbooks utilized company wide.
• Worked with Union Representatives to ensure complainants had proper representation during interview
