Keisha C. Carter, CEO, a native of Harlem, New York City is a business owner, community planner, coach, manager and training and development specialist. As an Organizational Analyst with over 10 years of experience helping people, organizations and communities achieve their highest purpose. “It has been my passion for more than a decade to support organizations and communities embrace change, navigate conflict, and to discover ways to collaborate and develop strategies with proven solutions to inspire action.” As CEO of Anew Lifestyle & Wellness Solutions, Inc. ( a retail company, based in Riverview, Florida, and Philadelphia, PA, Keisha has a strong desire to do just that. She educates and provides the tools necessary to help others to embrace the true “Art of Living”. Keisha brings a wealth of experience in herbs, vitamins, & Health and nutrition coaching, proper food combining, and food safety. Her practice includes nutritional assessments and wellness workshops to individuals and corporate employees. As a Health Nutritional Coach, Carter encourages her clients to make better life choices. She understands her client’s needs because she once was an over-stressed employee working for a major for-profit food services company. “Literally, I stayed pinned to my desk,” eating a box of chocolate cookies everyday for lunch,” she said. “I managed a lot of people, but I wasn’t managing my life and my health was being affected. Finally, enough was enough. I went to work for a naturopathic organization and that just changed my life. My quest to learn about natural health along with my passion to help other people just took over, which is how the natural store/boutique and nutritional practice came about. Keisha has been married to the love of her life Charles Carter for 20 years; together they share four children, two daughters Kwana and Jilene, two sons Ameer and Zaakir where they reside in both Philadelphia, PA & Tampa, Florida.
