Leading hat manufacturer and distributor supplying hats to all major league baseball teams as well as to schools and universities and at retail outlets. Sales in 2009 were $400M, and employees number over 500. Entertainment Marketing Manager Recruited to create entertainment marketing program. Identified and evaluated entertainment/celebrity/media marketing opportunities, worked with business unit directors to forecast entertainment and fashion trends, established media, celebrity and event partnerships, and conceptualized and created partnership product launches, product seeding initiatives and event marketing programs nationwide. Celebrity partners included Spike Lee, Ludacris and Travis Barker. Conducted location searches and managed travel, logistics and vendor contracts.*Played key role in creating New Era’s first lifestyle online magazine with 500,000 viewers across two issues.
