Cost Control Section Head
Planning/Cost Control Section head, ▪ Apply PMI" Project Management Institute" standards. ▪ Prepare Project plan for mega projects(Scope Statement, Schedule model, Cost baseline, reporting templates, Risk management plan, Communication, Procurement and HR plan) ▪ Ensure, during the initial phase after contract award, the implementation of the Projects ControlSystem ▪ Establish the overall projects breakdown structure and relevant coding system to meet all control requirements ▪ Organize and maintain the best integration between scheduling and cost control and Risks Management functions ensuring that any activity is carefully planned and controlled in terms of time, budget and scope of work. ▪ Assist the Projects Managers to complete Projects on time and within the approved budget ▪ Support the project Manager's decision-making process providing all information necessary for a rapid identification of any unfavourable trend or any potential problem in time in order to start immediate corrective actions. ▪ Prepares reports and dashboards on project statues, operations and activities, recommending preventive and corrective actions, improvements and modifications. ▪ Supervised the work of team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance. ▪ Monitor & Focus on projects performance. ▪ Assist PMO Manager in implementing PMO. ▪ Preparing Planning Manual and Planning KPI's ▪ Improve Project/Program management methodologies in the planning and cost control department.
