Responsible for building the licensed/branded business, developing international distribution and partnerships, and securing and overseeing Mr. Nicklaus’ endorsement business.Drove the value of the branded business from a $100,000,000 retail franchise to a $350,000,000 retail franchise.  Developed numerous multi-million dollar partnerships and launched the company into the player management business.

Launched the company into the apparel business.Set up the entire operation, hired and managed the sales force, developed and sourced the line bringing the brand to a # 3 share in menswear within three years. I am very fortunate to have had a long extremely successful career in senior management  in the areas of sales, marketing, brand development, international business and operations..In short, my career has been about managing and leading people, building equity in brands, driving top line sales through existing and new distribution channels, and creating operational efficiency, all leading to profitability that has consistently exceeded  the company's goals.  My expertise also includes managing large staffs in multiple locations both throughout the US and internationally.

I have travelled professionally more than 80 times throughout Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and India).  I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe (England, Ireland, Scotland, Spain and Germany)
