Mrs. Fajardo has over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of customer relationship management, business process management and operational logistics.

Her most recent stint was with Procter & Gamble where she worked as a manager with the Global Business Solutions group serving P&G's logistic management for the Thai market. She received multiple awards and commendations while she was at P&G.

Mrs. Fajardo has experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP, enterprise collaboration systems, and other business process software. She is also versed in the concepts of cloud computing, social software and social media, and virtual private networks.
