  • Launched new agents, more than doubling the number of showrooms, and maintained agent network by training managers, sales force, and merchandising showrooms.

  • Developed a marketing plan by creating product sampling and presentations emphasizing cross-selling to help sale force promote a broader range of products and give coherence to existing offerings.

Conceived, developed, and launched a new custom manufacturing program emphasizing public and private commissions.  Increased public acess to decorative art archives for projects such as:

- New York NY: Gracie Mansion, Residence of the Mayor of New York City; The Govenor's Room, City Hall; The Carlyle, St. Regis, Plaza and Plaza Athenee Hotels.

  • Coached sales force and managers to create a new market for high profit margin products.
  • Created new marketing tools that simplified and streamlined selling procedures and decreased negotiating time.
  • Lectured at colleges and special events about company history and capabilities with an emphasis on restorations and the restoration process from initial working in the archives through production completion.
