During my internship I produced breaking news content where I was published in the The Arizona Republic newspaper, the Scottsdale Republic and Azcentral.com. As a reporter I gathered information from public officials and other agencies via phone and in-person interviews to compile clear and concise news stories under consistent pressured deadlines. I also wrote for multimedia platforms such as weather blogs, breaking news blogs and uploaded photo content the the Web site.

While abroad, I completed an internship at one of the top concert promotion companies in the greater London area. During my time there, I led a marketing campaign for a Gospel Concert at London’s Barbican Centre. Throughout this process I did the following: professionally liaised with radio stations, briefed print designers on content followed by the organization of print distribution to London-wide churches.
