I’m working with the PR team to build a dashboard that will help track the team's activities and evaluate its success. During this three-month internship, I gathered and analyzed data from the PR team’s media coverage, social media monitoring and web analytics tools. I then worked with the metrics team to begin the process of building a dashboard that will help the PR team measure and evaluate its results. I also developed an analysis of the media coverage and social media buzz generated by the organization and its competitors throughout the year to help the broader marketing team and executives make strategic decisions.
I've also had the opportunity to assist the team with daily PR activities, such as drafting briefing documents and updating the wiki, intranet and media lists.
