- Provides creative and strategic direction and oversight on all account assignments
- Manages and reviews key client deliverables (i.e. messaging, branding, executive coaching, communications/marketing plans, and strategy documents
- Independently directs a team of 9 people and responsible for the supervision of all team members
- Responsible for overseeing clients' communication budgets (creating, expanding, forecasting, etc) and ensuring that revenue and account profitability for each client is reached on yearly basis.
- Identifies “next level” thinking/ideas by tracking industry trends and activities.
- Leverages a strong network by proactively engaging clients in dialogue about business issues.
- Assists Agency President on new business efforts and on Hill & Knowlton relations
