  • Assist the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator with the implementation of strength and conditioning programs for NCAA Division-I sports including Football, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country.
  • Design and implement the strength and conditioning programs for Men’s and Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Tennis and Women’s Rowing.
  • Assist with implementation of nutrition program for all student-athletes with includes measuring body composition (via skinfolds), daily meal planning and determining caloric needs.

  • Assisted with the implementation of strength and conditioning programs for NCAA Division-I sports including Football, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Women’s Track and Field, Men’s Tennis and Women’s Tennis.Designed and implemented the strength and conditioning program for Women’s Rowing which helped lead to a first place finish in the 2011 A-10 Varsity 8 Grand Final.
