Working at a dynamic, and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products to deliver the company's vision and strategy.
1. Having a deep understanding of customer experience so as to identify and fill product gaps.
2. Generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
4. Define the roadmap and work with the engineering teams to build and deliver features that matters.
5. Conduct product launching: incl. working with stakeholders, operational team, and other product team members.
6. Act as company representative to visit customers so as to solicit feedback on company products and services.
