·Expedited absorption of new associates and retained resources into the Sunterra culture by assembling a transition team and facilitating transfer of knowledge through a corporate training program.

·Position merged operations for future expansion by directing the creation of all sales and marketing collateral and coordinating efforts to map contractual materials to State mandates.

·Reduce portfolio delinquency from 18% to 10% and first payment defaults from 13% to 3% in a 6-month period by overseeing development of cost containment programs.
