Frank Torre currently serves as chairman and CEO of Signal Restoration Services, a general contracting company in Troy, Michigan, that specializes in property loss mitigation. Founded in 1972 and acquired by Frank Torre in 2012, the company has restored properties in Michigan and across the country. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy in 2012, for example, the company deployed 500 emergency workers to aid in the cleanup and restoration of three of New York City’s critical hospitals.
Prior to acquiring Signal Restoration, Mr. Torre was the owner of Torre & Bruglio, one of the largest providers of landscaping, construction, and horticultural services in the country. Among the firm’s notable projects are the Detroit Tigers athletic field at Comerica Park and the Riverwalk on the Detroit River. Actively involved with his local community, Mr. Torre contributed to the development of the Great Lakes National Veterans Cemetery, where the entry is named in honor of his father, a World War II combat veteran.
