  • Planning responsibility for Light-duty and Heavy-duty Ram Truck portfolio
  • Identify new market / segment opportunities and lead planning effort for defining product solutions

Brand Manager

  • Profit/Loss responsibility for Jeep Liberty where achieved 106% of the total sales target Year-to-Date and increased retail share by 49% in last 12 months.
  • Expanded Liberty portfolio by introducing Renegade model which has improved the portfolio margin & recently accounted for 6% of the total Liberty portfolio.
  • Identified and currently direct the Jeep College Campaign – an initiative aimed to attract Millenials to the Jeep Brand.  This campaign has sold over 350 new vehicles and contributed over $3M Sales Contribution in the first 9 months.
  • Expanded the program to include the self-directed production of a mini video-series showing a summer intern’s perspective on Jeep.  Leading development of unique Facebook community to engage this audience through Social Media.
  • Initiated and lead the development / marketing launch of Jeep's first-ever iPhone application. TripCastTM achieved Apple's "Featured App" status within the first week and has steadily increased in popularity to be ranked in the Top-10 Travel Apps with nearly 10,000 new users in the first week.

  • Lead the new Chrysler 300 / Dodge Charger Program - launched 2010 calendar year - managing both day-to-day activities and long-term project planning.
  • Responsible for setting strategic program direction, achieving all vehicle milestones, financial and functional targets through directing a cross-functional team of Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Procurement.
  • Create all product documentation and presentation materials for Executive Committee reviews.
  • Developed many new processes by which we are able to track the overall progress of the program - including annual/quarterly/monthly goal alignment across all stakeholders, financial tracking and reporting & specific project coordination activities. 
  • Delivered program to 3% under Capital Investment Budget.

Strategic Portfolio Manager

  • Created marketing strategy, implementation plans and business cases for 3 new products for the Chrysler Group - presented to the Executive Management Board.
  • Led the strategic analysis and re-direction for the full-size SUV portfolio - including brand positioning, product definition & business case development.
  • Developed and implemented first Customer Segmentation methodology for Chrysler Group to identify emotional and rational customer needs. This was used to develop unique customer-brand alignment and develop specific attributes for each product in a platform portfolio to maximize brand alignment and differentiation within the portfolio.

  • Worked part-time during school and full-time in summers as a design engineer.
  • Re-designed (~75% of system), built and successfully tested a 2 cylinder engine which had been non-operational for 20 years.

I am currently responsible for managing an all-new vehicle program for Chrysler, LLC.  It consists of (2) complete vehicles launched less than 2 months apart.  I am the lead Program Manager and have (4) direct-reports who collectively coordinate all aspects of the program (Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing & Strategy).  We have developed a number of new tools, processes and tracking documents in order to manage the complexity (>2,000 commodities).
