Time management

At one point I was the only marine in my section an was still able to maintain the vehicles, reports and daily pick-ups and deliveries of all gear and personnel.

Accountability

I was head accountable for maintaining not only my weapon and gear but as the head of the motor transport section I was responsible for over $200,000 dollars in military vehicles and tools. 

Management 

I supervised both small and large groups of junior marines, everything from a fire team(3-4 people) to a platoon(20-30 people).
