  • Johnson & Johnson - Tylenol and Motrin for the Convenience channel.  Developed modular vertical and horizontal stack dispay system for tubed product to be merchandised on front end counter.  Result: 5 new s.k.u.s added to distribution.
  • Cadbury - Halls.  Designed corrugated PDQ display that did not require a shipper via a one piece contstruction.  Result: Reduced materials by 30% and cost 18%, effectively addressing Wal-Mart's packaging reduction program.
  • Hess - Single pack gum and bagged candy categories.  Performed store analysis and audit that recommended re-designing racking system that reversed the locations of bagged candy from the front end with single pack gum which was in line.  Result: Gum sales increased 20%, bagged candy 5%.
