I wasresponsible for developed and implementedthe HR Strategic Planning and Organizational Analysis, Compensations, Training & Development and Communicationprocesses, Union & Labor relations and Self-manage teams, with approach to the growth and development of the Human Factor andtheirinteraction and integration within the Company, and with the community & the environment which the company influences and participates in.<o:p></o:p>
