Stake Chophouse and Bar

My duties were to help the restaurant's servers tend to our guest's needs at all times. I was mostly in charge of guest's secondary needs, such as refilling beverages, relegating any orders or changes to designated servers and to kitchen staff, as well as serving guests from a selection of fresh bread. My most important duty was to clear tables and to set up tables for consequent parties and guests. I was also in charge of preparing espresso and fresh tea drinks.

I was moved up to food running and expediting which required a more comprehensive acquaintance with our menu and food preparation, as well as the ability to organize with the kitchen staff and servers all incoming orders so as to have a smooth and quick transition through our guest's courses.

  •  Experience in a fast-paced environment, serving up to thousands of guests ensuring that they are given the best quality food at the zoo. Learned to prepare a series of espresso beverages while managing the cash register and also managing the sales of alcoholic beverages.

Event Catering:

  • Setting up and cleaning up food displays for zoo guests and in the end quickly taking items to its proper place.

Mosaic Wine Bar
  • This job was very demanding as I had both bussing and dishwashing duties
  • I was responsible for stocking the dining area and kitchen line with the proper dishes and silverware,  as well as restocking the bar with beer and wine glassware.
  • I would constantly assist servers with food running, and every guest would have a glass of water by default. Occasionally serve beverages to guests. 
  • Clear the bartenders busbin, and the top floor's bussing station.
