Direct day to day management of communication with clients.
Provide client advisory on tactical matters linked to strategic plans.
Advise clients on how to reduce costs and improve performance.
Develop and manage client budgets.
Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success.
Potential to lead multiple account activities and interact with clients.
Participate in client meetings.
Develop and support editing for client materials.
Attention to detail and quality.
Ability to multitask and manage parallel activities.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
Tactical problem solving skills, thinking both strategically and creatively.
Fully versed in all agency and production operations.
Preparation of management reports.
Develop proposals, releases, customer/competitor profiles.
Develop and write business plans including budget forecasts.
Able to travel.
Knowledge, use and understanding of social media practices and marketing new media techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and on-line services.
