I am an individual, who is extremely organised, has an eye for detail and a passion to work with customers. I am confident in approaching people of whom I do not know and therefore feel my communication skills are strong. In the various work experience i have undertaken I have learnt that I enjoy working under pressure and in a positive, fast-paced team environment. In all the jobs I have entailed experience in I have used communications skills with either the customers or my colleagues. Also, whilst working as a Marketing Assistant for Newforms Training & Development I was frequently approaching customers in order to sell the marketing service we were willing to provide. Communication is vital in all areas of work, especially when working as a team, this is something i feel i excel in.
I have experience in dealing with customers in varied environments such as in retail, hotel and bar. I am also confident in approaching customers and members of the public as I feel it is something I am familiar with. Particularly whilst at the hotel the most important part of the job was to ensure the guests were enjoying their stay and had everything they needed. Customer interaction is something that I personally believe is very important as you are representing a brand.
I believe I am very organised in anything that I do and I have an eye for detail. Whilst working at a hotel I would always ensure that the environment was looking its best. Also, when it comes to University work I am very thorough and particular when it comes to the finer detail.
