After the bachelor degree in Human Science of the Land, the Environment and the Landscape in Milan, I worked at the Commuter Manager Office of the Regional Agency of the Environmental Protection.

Firstly as a trainee, then as a project manager, I have set and defined the Commuter Plan of 21 ARPA departments in Lombardy.

Research about the mobility of ARPA Lombardy employees through questionnaires; research about structural and technical conditions of ARPA Lombardy departments. First elaboration of data collected. Description of the “accessibility profile of each department”. Data analysis, reports about general conditions, car users, public transports costumer. Goals, strategies, proposals for solutions. Skills

CONCEPT DEVELOPER
I developed skills in the understanding of the current situation of the urban area under analysis. I usually start with an international comparative case study research to figure out which are the possible directions to take. I develop concepts and ideas that tailored to the needs of the local community and address themselves to the problem of the urban context. I believe and practice participatory planning
URBAN CONCEPT DEVELOPER
I also work as a concept developer and a communicator in urban development subjects. I have skills in understanding the problems of an urban area and the needs of a community. I usually come up with tailored solutions thought after extensive international research about the problem or subject under analysis
GROUP WORK
I am used to work with professionals of different backgrounds. I believe that, in the development of a project, diversity is the key to achieve innovative thinking and forward-looking results. I respect the experience and the advice of senior professionals and I find the approach of younger colleagues usually interesting and stimulating.
URBAN RESEARCH DESIGN
Thanks to my professional experience and acedemic studies, I developed skills in organizing and defining a research activity in the field of urban development, in reporting the results and organizing creative  presentation formats, like workshops and exhibitions.

Interest

I define my self an "urban addict". My work is my passion. While wolking around different cities, thanks to my academic experience and background, I discover processes of urban decay, waterfront redevelopment, industrial renewal, cultural clusterization and so on...  My interest is to live the city experience from my personal perspective.

I also love to bike
