Duties include administering H. pylori breath tests, taking medical histories from patients in clinic, assisting endoscopy and patient follow-up. Other duties include up keep of the database, data entry, creatingforms, creating the database and communication between members of the study group.
Assisting in research prior to implementation of an electronic network. Duties include interactions withhe pediatricians to ensure a smooth start up and installation. Other projects include working with a team to create a "Web Library" of resources for health professionals within Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation,recruitingpatients and organizing small pediatric research trials, and performing research on the quality of websites available for patients regarding specific chronic pediatric diseases.
