Summary

The majority of my professional life has been as a financial analyst and portfolio manager of equities in mutual funds.I have enjoyed the research process of studying balance sheets and income statements and doing modeling, as well as peppering managers with questions to understand their strategy and operating model.I am a good judge of people, and recommending investments that generally do well is part art and part scientific research and financial estimating.

I am excellent at research and analysis and constantly curious – about processes, people, events and information.I am highly task-oriented and am a “go-to” person with a huge sense of responsibility.I will not quit until the work or mission is done!I try to be as efficient as possible, and do a job well, comprehensively and on time – the first time!I think on time, on budget would describe my work ethic.

I am creative, as well as analytical, and have worked as a writer and journalist, as well as in media and public relations, and enjoy the creative process.I have excellent verbal and written skills and I think and speak clearly.I am a skilled public speaker.I am a person that a company can rely upon to be a highly effective communicator and representative for the firm and have done so in the past on many occasions.

I am achievement-oriented and use my many years of financial and business experience, combined with my skills with people, writing, editing, researching, finance, accounting, marketing, analysis and creativity, to accomplish outstanding work in a responsible, time and cost effective manner.I always think like an owner, not an employee.
