Lead purchasing activities and projects within a specific purchasing category (Top Line Services: Co-packing, Co-Manufacturing, POS, Overheads, Media, BTL, Research, etc) in order to ensure best quality and consistency of purchased services/materials at optimum cost and desired high level of quality from suppliers. Main objectives:

·Operational Management of Co-Packing and Co-Manufacturing for Danone Russia & CIS with budget circa 1bl RUR. Outsourcing research, production start-up, operational models for all outsourcing activities, day-to-day management, value optimization;

·Participates in cross-functional taskforce to support new business activities in order to drive business initiatives for Danone Russia;

·Manages development and purchasing process for the group.

·Defines the purchasing methods and the instruments for the specific markets;

·Participates in defining the company purchasing budget for the specific category

·Ensures optimal sourcing in terms of cost, timing and business security

·Ensures implementation of the cost optimization projects;

·Manages supplier relationships and supplier development; evaluate suppliers performance;

·Seeks for and brings to business opportunities for innovation projects

·Manages and coaches a team, plays direct role in their professional / personal development. Analyzes and improves team performance;
