- International Finance Law: This course examines the international and capital markets as well as the main existing documentation, emphasizing in International Loan and Bond Law, Special Financial Contracts, Alternative Investment Management and Derivatives.
- Corporate Finance: The principal issues analyzed in this course is the debt and equity financing of companies, including analysis on share issues, formation of a company, listing, share purchases and private equity.
- International Investment Law: This course deals with the principles and rules regulating the relationship between foreign investors and host States regarding an investment, as well as with the existing dispute settlement mechanisms.
- E-Commerce, Rights Management and Information: The main topics of this course include the existing EU regulation concerning digital commerce and data protection.
