• Developed a plan to take pictures of over 1,000 San Francisco Main Office employees and contractors moving to Station Landing Walnut Creek. Scheduled meetings; trained hired contractors for the project; constructed and transformed one floor for the program. Developed a tracking system and out of 1,000, only 60 employees were left to schedule for a make-up session. Program was a huge success. • Saved the company over $200,000 by painting and re-using good condition file cabinets at San Francisco Main Office and moving them to Station Landing Walnut Creek. • Developed a SharePoint site for security, move managers, move coordinators, and Workstream project team members to access. Created a process for tracking employees needing badges for Station Landing access in Walnut Creek. • Assisted the Workstream Lead Program Manager. Scheduled meetings; prepared meeting agendas and minutes using Microsoft Word and coordinated all-hands meeting for the Station Landing Project. Coordinated move phases from San Francisco Main Office to the Walnut Creek Station Landing.
